About the Artist

Penney grew up very shy and her way of expressing herself was through her creativity whether it was painting, scrap booking, drawing or making gowns. Eventually, she found that her favorite canvas was the human face where the core features were the same, but very unique with each person. She became mesmerized by the different techniques and products used to enhance the features of the face.
Amazement turned into passion and she takes time to learn about her clients and uses her experience and a creative eye to find a customized look. It's really amazing what a bit of foundation and eyeliner can do for ones spirit.
Penney continues to better herself by learning through other great artists and investing in products that are high quality. This industry is never stagnant, the concepts stay the same, but the technology moves forward and you can count on her to move with it!
